Performance of Top 5 Travel and Local Android Apps in Europe, Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top Travel and Local apps on the Android platform in Europe showcased diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps displayed dynamic performance metrics.

Flightradar24 Flight Tracker, developed by Flightradar24 AB, showed a gradual decline in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $61K and closing the quarter at around $46K. Weekly downloads fluctuated, peaking at about 142K in late December, while active users experienced a dip early in the quarter, bouncing back to nearly 2.7M by quarter's end.

Blitzer.de PRO from Eifrig Media GmbH maintained a consistent revenue stream, ranging between $22K and $35K throughout the quarter. Downloads remained relatively stable, with a slight increase to 2.3K in December. Active users saw a minor upward trend, reaching over 245K by the end of December.

park4night - Motorhome camper, published by AppMobilEdition, experienced a decline in weekly revenue, starting from $33K and dropping to around $24K. Downloads showed a similar downward trajectory, with a noticeable rise in the last week of December. Active users decreased initially but ended the quarter with a slight recovery to about 215K.

Outdooractive. Hike and Ride by Outdooractive AG saw a steady drop in revenue, from $22K to $23K by the end of December. Downloads decreased mid-quarter, with a moderate increase in the final weeks. Active users followed a similar pattern, showing recovery towards the quarter's end, reaching approximately 175K.

Lastly, Visorando - Walking routes from Visorando demonstrated a decline in revenue, starting from $14K and decreasing to about $12K. Downloads saw a significant dip mid-quarter but recovered to about 7.6K by December. Active users fluctuated, ultimately stabilizing around 317K.
